Na, all the pages of this comic are kinda sketchy. I don't use too much time on them and they probably have a lot of goofs.

maybe Tony had broken Gibbs's boat i mean he's clumsy right and i don't think Gibbs Will be really happy with That
How about Tony got wounded by jumping into harms way to save Gibbs and Gibbs is mad at him for risking his life at that?
This is probably been suggested loads of times already....
and yes, that could be a possibility. It's something that Tony would do for sure
