YOUR OWN DEAN WINCHESTER MASCOT!!!

Shimeji is a simple program that creates little mascots that wander around in your desktop. The original idea came from here: [link] that's why all the menus are in japanese (don't worry, there's a translation down here). I drew the frames for this one and made the diferents behaviors.

You can find other shimejis here: [link].

Unzip the folder (wherever you want on your computer) and doubleclick Shimeji.exe; the program will run right away and doesn't need to be installed. If you want to remove it from your computer, simply delete the files.

To control them go to the systray

- Left click on the icon (a little pentagram) create a new Shimeji.

- Right click brings up the following options:

1)Add one more
2)Follow the cursor
3)Down to one
4)Get back the IE (shimeji sometimes throw away the IE windows if it's small sized)
____________
5) Exit

Warnings!!
- You need Java
- It doesn't work on Macs
- There's a text file named Troubleshoot, check it out.

PD: I don't take request on shimejis. Sooooorry. :D

Hang on... It's doing that Java 7 thing that happened to :below: I'll fiddle round and see what I can do.

Ummm... not working? I did exactly as you said, but even when I right click and then click open he still doesn't appear.

Dean is so cute and I want to use him but I keep getting a message in Japanese about Java 6. I have Java 7. Is he just not going to work with a newer version of Java? I have a few other shimeji's and they run alright on this computer. Any advice?

I'm sorry. This shimeji was made some time ago and it has problems with the newer version of java. You can downgrade your java with this [link]

I'm not sure what changes the shimeji needs to work with java 7, but if you send me a link of one of those shimejis that works fine in your computer I could try to fix it.
